Established in 2015

Orenda was born at the intersection of Rational Emotive Behaviour work, business, psychology, and management. Years of corporate leadership, counselling, and working with large global teams came together to shape a practice where inside-out leadership meets real organisational systems.

In the last decade, Orenda has partnered with over 30 organisations and 1000+ individuals across financial, manufacturing, pharma, startups, learning institutions and global organisations. Much of this work has grown through long-term relationships built on trust, repeat engagement and shared learning.
